Axial Fans (Axial flow)

 

Axial industrial fans are designed in both belt drive and direct drive units. These industrial fans are ideal for exhausting applications where compact installations are required and where straight through air flow is desired. Tube axial industrial fans can be installed in-line with the fan ductwork system.

The axial flow industrial fan impeller design can achieve a range of efficiencies. At the lower end the design is similar to a propeller style and is commonly used in dry filter spray booths. At the higher end it is referred to as a vane axial fan with aerofoil style blades and hub that is more than 50% of the overall industrial fan diameter.
