Mixed Flow Industrial Fans (Mixed flow)

 

Mixed flow industrial fans are of a similar arrangement to an axial industrial fan however they have the advantage of being able to generate greater pressure. As with tube axial industrial fans they can be installed in-line with the fan ductwork keeping the installation space to a minimum.

An experienced industrial fan engineer will use a mixed flow industrial fan in an application where the duty requires a high air pressure in relation to flow and where the installation would be very difficult for a standard centrifugal industrial fan. A mixed flow industrial fan can also be well suited for air movement situations where regular access for cleaning is required.
